I can't imagine any club who agrees a pre contract with Soumare or Daka, being so desperate they'd pay for them to join earlier

Playing Soumare and Daka to get moves in January would be incredibly stupid, seeing as they can agree pre contracts with foreign clubs to leave for free in the summer

Can't wait for one of them to appear on the news putting their opinion across as speaking for 'all the fans'

Didn't Percy say we turned down multiple bids? That's not a post of someone on here pretending to be ITK and saying there was interest, that's a well informed journo saying we turned down bids. Not saying we would be top 6, but we aren't anyway instead we're persisting with players who are less beneficial to us commercially and still stinking the league out

Hopefully that is the case because based on the current state of the squad Nelson is one of a few actually worth something and could massively help us out with PSR, we need him signing a new deal though to help with that, else we're losing him on the cheap.

The club turned down bids for Nelson because they didn't meet their high valuation of him, do they think that high valuation is getting met whilst Nelsons value is currently stagnating?

Yeah a valuable one, who's been targeted by other clubs and has experience at this level, including him would at least show he's got some kind of eye on the future, whilst not having much to work with transfer wise.

He's got a lad with Championship experience and apparently highly rated by the club currently bombed from the squad

He's done more than Skipp and you can actually see why we signed Daka, I can't even imagine what reasoning we had for paying what we did for Skipp

No one has said select youth for every area on the pitch though? I don't even think people want a team full of youth players, but there's a number of lads who could be starting and a few others who could be used as options off the bench.

Jobi McAnuff got it spot on after the game, talking about how passive and pedestrian we are and how teams have no real concerns against us as we'll let them drop back in to shape.

Yeah, we looked okay up until the goal, but looked absolutely rattled for the rest of the match, never had any real control either, today was probably the most worrying performance I've seen from us.
