So as I am beginning to see it ... we are in a race to sign the least crappiest manager available to take on a team / club with moral in the gutter... no playing staff of any real proven quality ... backroom staff if we have any left, fans who are increasingly dissolusioned with the club and its leadership ... I'm struggling to see anyone desperate enough to take the club on

If Coady Winks and Vestergaard and others do not have clauses in their contracts to reduce salaries after relegation ... then what's the point ... I'm sure there will be bonuses if we qualified for Europe or progressed in cup ... its goes well beyond incompetent

This is very true leadership off the pitch is equally as important as on the pitch ... s manager who commands respect ... the fans are the lifeblood of any club and once you lose them it's all down hill ... empty stands ... no interest .... I have followed this club for 50+ years ... through thick ... thin and thinner ... Top listen to the voice of the fans and it will reward you and importantly gain you respect

No your quite right ... we will never see anything like Danny again ... he will go down in the history of the club ... never to be forgotten ... is that better

There only ask one question ... do you want the job ... and before the applicant responds ... they say okay its yours ...

No matter who is appointed... the view of the club is . . Get the job you'll get a 3 year contract... results don't matter and when you've shown to be a total waste of space ... guess what .... they give you a massive pay off because the useless dumbshits have no idea how to negotiate a contract that protects the club in the event of failure

One question... would you want them in the team if we were promoted again ?

If ... possession style football wanted at least ensure you have the players to be able to carry it out .... looking at our squad I don't really see anyone that comfortable with the ball ... when they have it and are put under pressure they make unessesary mistakes as proven countless times ... and how many of us actually enjoy watching it ? finally and most importantly how many times when we have kept possession and got into the final third of the pitch have we capitalised on it .... a MINUS 47 goals difference should give you a clue

But we are 2nd fiddle thanks to Whelan,Rudkin and Top and the way they have run the club .... Martin will use us into pushing Rangers into making a move ... but why they want him is beyond me ... his track record is far from impressive.... we need a manager to stabilise and build .. don't expect miracles it must be done right and not a knee jerk appointment as previous

Then we buy what we can afford or we put faith in youth and build a team ... not sure going straight back up is a great idea given the state of the club ...

Tippy tappy bore the crap out of you type of football ... we need signings for the longer term and not to fill gaps to give experience for other clubs to benefit from .. no more signings loan or otherwise of the standard recently... Good younger players with ambition and promise

THEY ARE OUT OF WORK FOR A REASON
