Well the noise about the Coady/Rangers move were about it not being sanctioned until MC had a chance to see the players. Of the 3 Vestergaard looked better, as he's just going back to what he did under Enzo. Hopefully seen enough to get CC gone at least.

Yeah it definitely looks better than Coopers attempt. Certainly looks less punishing for whoever the forward playing fullback is. Under Cooper he tried having them go from playing full back to becoming the winger, with the actual winger, Mav dropping inside as a second striker, and it was shit. LT was taking up positions more like an attacking 8 than a winger, with Monga staying in position on the left wing. So we keep two wingers in action all the time, instead of nullifying our threat by only playing one of them and making it easy to double up on.

McAteer plays like our less inspiring midfielders. Safety first. And given he's not particularly great at take-ons that's probably to be expected. He fares better on a give-n-go moving into space than he does taking players on with the ball at his feet as he's neither particularly fast nor tricky.
