Considering he’s barely played and been thrown straight into the championship he looks at home. I never thought he looks out of his depth. Promising for him!

I watched the game and he definitely looks like he belongs at that level. So comfortable on the ball and certainly doesn’t look like he’s had a horrible injury. A lot of Cardiffs bright moments Alves was involved. There were long spells where he was anonymous and the ball didn’t really go near him. He's so good at keeping the ball and shaking off a defender. Played the full 90 too which is good for his fitness. You can see he’s got quality and hopefully this loan will do him a world of good.

Start of the second half he was involved a lot and Cardiff looked very dangerous. Since then he’s barely had a sniff and they’ve done nothing. Now been moved to RW
