  1. Anyone been sent their digital ticket yet?
  2. The Fox (obviously) Waggon and Horses The Volunteer Arms The Black Horse The Slip Inn * The Swan The Snickleway Inn The Golden Ball The Hop The Phoenix * = Televised Football shown Big fan of all of those. Best city for pubs in the UK IMO alongside Sheffield. If you like Ale anyway. If you’re a lager drinker then I guess anywhere is decent. The Blue Bell is very popular although I don’t like the landlord or its cliquey/snooty vibe. It’s a tiny pub but very historic.
  3. Most owners are absolutely awful. I don’t want Top to sell up, I want him to employ competent staff.
  4. Utterly hopeless decision this. Not exactly one of the game's deep thinkers is he?
  5. I don't think it's 'Nailed On' but there are some very obvious reasons why it could happen A/ Club known to be admirers. We wanted him before we got Enzo, Southampton got in first as they were already relegated and we were still in with a chance of staying up B/ He plays a very similar style to Enzo - We got promoted at first time of asking with that style, Martin also got Southampton promoted playing that style C/ There is zero compensation for bringing him in Saying there is 'not a chance' of it is complete nonsense.
  6. It's a bit revisionist now, but I think he should have retired at the end of last season. It was a glorious high to go out on - looking at him now, sadly he is a shell of his former self and isn't physically capable of competing for long enough within games. I don't think we can justify keeping him for another year unless his wage takes a huge drop and this would be a sad way for him to bow out.
  7. I wonder if there is scope to bring Macia back? Walsh didn't do well at Everton in the role.
  8. Amazingly he's becoming a bigger price to get sacked even with more defeats. Best price of 5/4 on him being next to go in Prem https://www.oddschecker.com/football/english/premier-league/next-manager-to-leave-post Dyche fav, Martin second fav to replace him https://www.sportscasting.com/uk/news/next-leicester-manager-betting-odds/
  9. Soumare and Faes atrocious. Penalty save kept us alive so I guess by default I'll go Mads H MOTM. Manager has to go. I know he's got a rough deal having to work with this group but no manager should survive 12 defeats out of 13 and 4 goals in 13 games.
