I was always impressed with him when he played under Enzo but we were so dominant maybe didn’t notice him as much. Or that the general vibe was way more positive so didn’t really care

Whilst Monga has to take responsibility it’s certainly easier to be a central midfielder in this side than a winger

To me he hasn’t actually done anything outstanding but what has impressed me is the difference between Page at the start of the season & now. When he was in the side at the start he did look a bit lost, poor touches & passing was a bit ropey definitely looked like a 17 year old being exposed to senior football for the first time. Now he looks more settled, calmer on the ball making braver passes and most importantly I think he looks more physical. I don’t think anyone is thinking he’s going to save our season but it’s pleasing to see the improvement in a young player in such a rotten season
