I thank my lucky stars that I have Freesat from Sky and Freeview And before people hate on me for having Sky (and rightly so) may I just say I signed up to the £9.75 p/m recording subscription about a month ago, and they have yet to set up my direct debit or take any money from me!!! I tell you what else grinds my gears... streams which are crap, and when my Virgin Broadband runs at 2mbps when it should be at about 8-9mbps!

I suppose, but when I had a 1-9 phone I still found it easier to type full (I have a Nokia E63 now, so its a keyboard phone) but there's no excuse if you're on computer man, none whatsoever! <_<

I have a booklet to read, eight books to take notes from for an assignment, a journalism assessment in a matter of hours, sports content for the student newspaper to collate, research for the aformentioned assignment, a shitty meeting and driving lesson tomorrow, and have to get out of some training shite on Saturday for the university media. (feck that for a laugh, crap training or a football match) So, I could have less to do, I must say

Two things pissing me off today. Firstly, people in my classes who seem to think that it's alright to mock me, just because I know a lot about the subject we're talking about (television policy and journalism issues), and I speak out in the class. I'm sorry, we're at UNIVERSITY, not frikkin secondary school anymore. I am going to discuss something because I FAKIN PAID TO.. alright? Just because you don't know anything about it, doesn't mean others shouldn't either... thick cvnts Secondly, people trying to get me to go out when I don't want to... the fact I have said no seems to go over their head, and the fact I need to be up dead early on the next morning of the night they are trying to get me to go out seems to be lost on them too.. my goodness me put a sock in it

I will predict that today won't be brilliant I'm going to do some reporting and picture taking for the joint university (Leicester/DMU) american football team today. And it's predicted to be heavy rain.... If it doesn't clear up after midday, as predicted, this could be a horrible, horrible, miserable, wet day, and it's only a friendly!

If it's tail was wagging, that's a fact isn't it Not a lot we can do though, seems like this country has gone completely soft on thugs and crime. Just be thankful your daughter hasn't fallen into the wrong crowd, and as long as she stays in the right crowd, she should never experience anything like this, or ever be threatened or in danger (her and your dog ) These incidents are (thankfully) rare, hence why they are reported, and of course it's not nice and provokes the understandable reaction, I live in Braunstone (the nice bit ) and I have been lucky enough never to have witnessed the kind of absolute scum that live around here, because there are some. Some fall into the trap of having nothing, some don't. Stable parents, stable family, stability, they're so, so vital to young people. I know there are some right 'ones' who may have all of this and still be horrific, but stability is really important.

It's not necessary, but for an article, it adds to the emotion and emphasises the mood of the dog, which seemed to be inquizative, and in no way threatening. I read this yesterday, my friend in my class was from St. Neots, and he'd been in that park many times... obiously a sick thing to do, and a shame that people do these kinds things. But whats gonna happen if they get caught... and ASBO, a fine, community service... will it teach them a lesson, will it heck as like.

Please help me! The problem is with my PC-TV lead... the lead works when i switch the computer on, and the loading up of the laptop appears on my TV screen. When the laptop goes black to load up the sign in screen, the feed switched back to the Laptop from the TV, and it wont go back to the TV... I really need for it to get working, else my external HDD will have a load of TV and sports programmes which i wont watch. Thanks in advance for any advice/pointers
