I don’t think there’s any justification for playing Ayew at any point during games anymore. You may as well play with 10 men, he’s next to useless. He strikes me as a bit of an energy vampire because he seems to suck the life out of everyone when he comes on - players and fans!

It’s difficult to dislike Patson so I’m not going to. The bloke runs his knackers off and tries, he’s the Anti-Ayew. I like him for that and for that reason alone.

Thanks for having me on 💙 You 3 make it look and sound so easy and that’s probably why it’s so enjoyable to listen to. I’m not a natural orator nor do I enjoy speaking in public and I did have so much more to say but everyone had beds they wanted to go to 😂 I meant to add in the chat last night that GR said in addition to Monga being injured (slight ankle injury I think he said) he didn’t put Page on the bench because he wanted to fill it with experience for Ipswich (😆) and that’s why he wasn’t. Probably par for the course for the rest of the season now, which is a shame but we’ll see.

I guess as well if we did them at night games and the turnout was low (because it’s a night game and all the issues that brings) then that might have a knock on effect for subsequent weekend ones. There’s nothing stopping anyone sorting a walk in late/boycott/sit in for the night games.

Oh I absolutely agree. I’m just aware he’s a really young lad and I guess young lads get lazy and chat shit on social media at times. I said further up that he drives me crackers and it’s for all the reasons you’ve mentioned.

Basically, what the majority of us are saying is cut him some slack. He’s a young lad with a shit load of talent playing in a shit, demoralised team. He’s frustrated as hell, unsurprisingly.

It’s sad really isn’t it. The love he had for the fans and us for him during that first Championship season was a thing of beauty, I hope he absolutely flies wherever he goes next. We ruin players at this club.

I seriously hope there’s not a secret Harry Winks-style clause in his contract that we’re yet to find out about, or I’m going to start throwing hands.

I feel a tiny bit sorry for him but he also drives me crackers. His head has definitely gone though.
