Please no more BTEC, Pepball coaches please.
I still can't look past David Challinor. Incredible record and the right guy for the lower league.
Even if Stockport get promoted. I think he would jump. I believe, he has one year left on his contract.
Let the manager manage. Top, should let the new director do his thing. Rudkin, just needs to make sure we have enough paper, in the fax macine.

Get him in so we can ruin that record for him
His win rate, and experience is so right. That we have to make a wrong decision again.

In answer to this question, search past Man City coaching staff and place bets on that basis
I wouldn't put it past them.
What could possibly go wrong, after trying to implement the pound shop Pepball method.

Dave Challinor is my hope. Any thoughts on Robbie Savage earning his stripes? Certainly I can't see players getting away with lack of fitness or bad attitude with him
It makes so much sense, that he is going to go all Pep ball for another mediocre season.
I wish we just reset properly, including this turgid style of play.

Someone with a high win rate please.
Dave Challinor is the only name that fits.
Let's not pretend we are pound shop Barcelona please. Do not ask him to play the Leicester way. Let the guy manage the football stuff, and the owner do the owning. Director do the directing and Rudkin, please do not do anything.
For a proper reset. Dave Challinor has to bring brings his own style of play and identity.

We wanted ball playing goalkeeper. And we got neither. Now the Premier league is going long ball. We might adopt a different system on 2029. Iverson was the one we should have kept.
-
Please someone change that title. It's been 4 months, 4 months ago. Please someone help. This is torture.
-
We were great when we took the drive to them. Once we started to tickle the ball, for the cameras. And start walking around after a 5 yard pass, the momentum changed. Simple hoof ball from QPR exposed the soft under belly.

I've not been impressed sure he has a style to him and some skills but he's not making anything happen. Maybe he's just not suited to the football we're playing and our skills levels.
Even BR look more involved and creative not that anyone in this team seems to be able to create a goal other than through some long range shots
We are trying to fit a top flight football system on a bin bag league. On top of that we are at the bottom of the barrel. We need heart, fight and old school graft. Tapping the ball 5 yards and rolling ball under the foot. Doesn't cut it at this level.

Picking Ayew was madness. I much rather have an extra body in midfield.

Awful performance. And rightly getting abused for it. Just not good enough. Bad day at the office is an understatement.

Once we went up. I thought he started to slow the game down. I'm not a Hamza hater, but a joint love affair with tapping the ball around the back. As a Captain. I'd like him to lead positively. Passing the ball 5 yards to the left or right isn't a productive use of the ball at this level. We are not Barcelona.
-
I want us to be more aggressive, and reduce, sideway passes. Just hoof it long to Daka. Let's just watch him trip over his laces for the 80th time.
-
You can literally see the wobble before he makes a decision. It's bizarre how he made it this far.
-
Probably wanted to look at his possession based football legacy. It was that bad, he decided to leave the stadium.
-
Another passive performance from the possession football fanatic. It's been the slow poison for many, many years. Before long, we will be in League one, trying to play like Barcelona.

The damn system we play needs to change. We are we trying to clone teams in Premier league still.

Looked like a Marti team. No urgency, no adjustments in system. No drive.
I was hoping from some aggressive forward thinking football.
That laid back possession based football has gone way past it's sell by date.

He makes another mistake trying to play out from the back. We just don't have the profile of players that can do this. Incredible how he has claimed a career in football, just on athleticism alone.
-
There was one point today. I think Mukasa passed the ball further forward than Mavadidi liked. And he got annoyed by it.
His passes are nearly always off centre. Makes you wonder.

That's a problem, but not the fundamental one.
The fundamental problem with team is psychological. They don't care and they are trapped in a spiral.
I disagree. Play a different system, and the confidence is secondary. How much more psychological incentive does a player need, when they are fighting relegation.
-
Fundamental problem with the team is trying to play this rancid system. It’s not working chaps. Maybe try playing another way.
It's okay to just try something else. Who cares about the dopey owner and his side kicks wanting to play the 'Leicester (dropping down the leagues) way'.
-
Wonder if it's a complete reset, or BUT we want to play like Barcelona with below average Championship players.
My preference would have been a manager with higher win rate.
If it is GR. Then good luck.
-
I just want us to move away from the Barcelona ideology.
Let's go back to basics, and sign a young up and coming manager.
Martin George type of appointment.
Someone remarkable from the lower leagues with consistantly high win rate.
Dave Challinor please.

Maresca to Man City

I don't like his football. Far too defensive and restricting in his approach. He might do well initially, but after the other teams find out. He won't change his system. He is a Barcelona clone artist.
I think Man City should get Emery instead. More rounded, and robust appointment.
