Key scout Jose Fontes possibly leaving the recruitment team
demon_dog replied to Guddu Fox's topic in Leicester City Forum
Are any of our scouts former players? I know someone who is an ex professional, he became a scout for Neil Warnock. He wasn't tied to a particular club, he simply went and scouted for Warnock whenever asked. -
Seems like FBS are official trading partners with FC Barcelona. Were in good company.

Season Ticket Renewals: Price Freeze For 2021/22
demon_dog replied to Sambiasso's topic in Leicester City Forum
That's good news. Most places seem to have increased their prices marginally to recoup losses during the pandemic. Well done for keeping prices the same. -
Don't like the wishy, washy blue! Looks like the colours come out in the washing machine. Yulia Ivanova, FBS Chief Executive Officer, sounds like a Russian Oligarch to me!

Bet the replica shirt makers have them for sale next week!

Went to the cemetery on Friday to place some flowers on my parents grave, whilst there I asked them to have a word with the boss up there. Said to ask him to give us a win as we deserve to lift the trophy after all these years. Like to think they did so.

Proud of our fans, I'm sitting near the Chelsea end and all you can hear is our fans. Well done all. Hopefully have something to cheer about in the second half. -

FA Cup Final pre match thread (Chelsea)
demon_dog replied to urban.spaceman's topic in Leicester City Forum
Just checking the odds, I don't bet so don't really understand these odds! 4/7 does that mean I have to put 7 on to win 4 ? These odds though seem to me to show Chelsea as the favourites. Why wear shorts? Perhaps White tights like Keith Weller wore would look good.

Allowing Forest to walk the ball into the back of our net, just after kick off in our re arranged cup match due to Clive Allens heart attack. Then going on to win easily. We made the headlines around the world for being such good sports!
-
Chelsea win! That's cooked it.
-
I think I heard that the ticket will have your name on which will be checked against photo I'd such as driving licence.
-
Just heard I've got a ticket. Ye hah.

The big question is though, how did the fans get into the ground? No reason for any gates to be open. Surely the only way in is via the staff, media or players entrance. Someone must surely have helped them enter the ground. I suspect it was Richie Wellens.

Mother of God! Listen fella just who's idea was it to throw a full can of beer?

Not sure if it is possible to deny a player registration to play. This could probably be fought in a court of law under the human rights act. You cannot stop someone from legitimately working.

A game we should win, however WBA fighting to stave off relegation. How many times have we done teams like this favours? West Hams defeat should give us the kick we need to win this game. Come on you blues.

As you rightly say, the PL rules do indeed state both figures! However as I mentioned previously this is probably due to the fact any club who breaks the rules is not allowed to vote, therefore 14 votes would be required. Since in this case 6 clubs are involved (who could not vote for themselves) then maybe it is the majority vote of the 14 clubs that would count i.e 11 votes, to meet approval.
-
Just thinking about the rule that states it requires 3/4 of the clubs vote, if a club is not invited to the meeting then does the vote then only require 3/4 of the attending clubs vote to be approved? I'm not a lawyer, but to me it seems as if this could the solution.
-
This is from the PL Handbook rule B7 B.7. Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 27, the League may expel a Club from membership upon a special Resolution to that effect being passed by a majority of not less than three-quarters of such members as (being entitled to do so) vote by their representatives or by proxy at a General Meeting of which notice specifying the intention to propose the Resolution has been duly given
