  1. Enjoyable game . Just annoying about the school type errors they made to concede both goals. Both very silly mistakes, cut these out and we would be a much improved team
  2. How times change, recall that back in the early seventies you just walk up and purchase a ticket on the day Simply no excuse for having empty seats.
  3. Like many, up until recently I was saying how much I hated the way we play, however conceding that it was highly effective. To me though it seems that in the last 3-4 games we have slightly modified our style of play. I now watch with interest seeing our build play, the way we slowly push and build up to creating our chances. Some of our build up play has been sublime. I am an old "duffer" who's followed City over 50+ years. Have never booed them even when we were awful under Pleat or Taylor. Must admit I am now into Enzo ball and enjoying games once again.
  4. A valiant effort, especially after being under the cosh for so long in the second half.
  5. Will be watching us play Man City today on FA Player. 1 pm k.o.
  6. Northumberland Fudge, best chocolate ever.
  7. Slightly off subject, I read that the BBC are thinking of making a Traitors celebrity special. Suggested contestants are Gary Lineker, Coleen Rooney and Vardy's missus! Who would you like to see take part and why?
  8. Disappointing result, now means we're looking over our shoulder. The last thing we need is to be locked into yet another relegation battle. We started the season off so well, we've seriously dropped off since then. Questions must surely be asked as to why our form has dropped. Willie must start to question the teams motivation. Come on ladies you are much better than what you are showing us at the moment.
  9. Going to see the game tonight. Never been to Pirelli stadium. Any know the best place to park?
  10. Where I live we have a Coventry fan next door. The other side of us we have two Leicester fans. Just down the road is a Liverpool fan, top of the road are Forest, Brum and Leeds fans! The guy who runs our sports club is an Everton fan. Majority around here though are all Leicester. Oh and Daka lives just up the road.😊
  11. 2-0 up and cruising to victory, once again we cook it up.
  12. Why do we giving goals away like this 🤬
  13. Good well taken goal too
  14. Tickets are easy to obtain.
  15. Bit disappointed with the attendances at our home games, only averaging around 2000. Although a decent crowd for the Arsenal game. One would have thought that for the price of match tickets many more people would be coming to support them. Don't know whether it's last seasons results that have had an effect. We are a different team this season and are playing some decent football, the exception being the second half against Arsenal! For anyone that has never bothered to attend I suggest you come and see a match, it's a good friendly atmosphere and some reasonable football played.
  16. See QPR have sacked Ainsworth after this defeat. Thought they deserved a draw to be honest. Hope we play a hell of a lot better on Friday.
  17. Team near bottom of league based in London no surprises expected then!
  18. London team, near bottom of league, Leicester City visiting team. Can see us reverting to form, well done QPR for giving us a shock!
  19. Looking forward to this, top 2 in the league. Hopefully keep our unbeaten run going.
  20. Managed to get the WiFi working so was able to watch game on fa player. Far better team than last season, a good 1-0 win against Everton. Top of the League.
  21. Will be missing this unfortunately. Just arrived in Menorca for a week. Was hoping it would be live on FA player so that I could watch it whilst by the pool with a beer, but not to be.☹️
  22. Probably made for peanuts in Thailand. Sold for exorbitant profit by the club. Just like our kit!
  23. I think instead of clappers they should give us all inflatable dinosaurs. I'm sure we'd all appreciate that gesture. We could pass them on to the Leeds fans and tell them to stop living in the past.
  24. IT team leader means just going round making sure they're all switched on. Support technician simply means WFH to check that they are all switched on.
  25. Sod it! Was going to see Bootleg Blondie at the Musician that Friday night Now I'll be seeing Bootleg Ndidi instead!
