As of now it’s possible to get 11/4 on Leicester to finish in the playoffs, and 4/1 NOT to be promoted. Both on sky bet. Lump on Foxestalkers. Absolutely unbelievable odds.
-
We break we have 3 players v their 7. Appalling
-
Shows everything that’s wrong with Enzo, principles before results. Gutting we’ve got this Poundland Pep in charge
-
He’s ****ed up royally since Christmas, the league gets attritional, it’s not about reputation or status, it’s about who will step forward and take responsibility. Souttar and Coady in particular should have been fixtures in the team, Coady as captain, yes he is limited but guess what, so is 95% of championship players which is why they are in the pissing championship…. whilst the fact our wingers have been largely stinking for weeks means he needed to find another way to set the team up. So many options in the squad who could have played as a 10 with narrow options either side, but no he persists with his found out easy to counter against style. The guy is a busted flush. Within 12 months he’ll be back to a back office coach and can’t come soon enough. More one dimensional than any coach I can remember stretching back 40 years. Get the fraud gone now, as if not he’ll walk away the minute shit gets real when we lose in the semi finals of the playoffs
-
Totally get it, 100% - the high-ups are just too out of their depth to act. Reckon we win 2 max of our last 8 and end up 4th, playing the most inform team in the playoffs.
-
No chance we sack him. With our finances shot to pieces we’ll have to put up with this bilge until we lose in the playoff semi-final, and the Poundland Pep will then walk away, potentially to a job in a top league in Spain or Italy. Hope beyond hope Steve Cooper isn’t in work in the summer as we are desperate for someone who can connect with the fans and get what will be a decimated squad on the front foot.

17 million for Fatawu, my god
-
Anyone there Enzo? Hellooooooo? Subs maybe?
-
Spot on.
-
Been hugely found out. One plan Enzo team now being shown up for what it is, very easy to play through and even easier to stop, and that’s with so-called premier league players all over the pitch. Not a chance we go up on current form but god help us even if we do, could be pushing for Derby’s record.
-
Getting sliced through and then when we break there’s only 3 of us forward to 7 of them back. **** them all
-
That winks Ndidi and Dewsbury hall are looking pretty anonymous is absolutely shocking. Enzoball turning into Rodgersball as the weeks go on
-
Pass accuracy falling off a cliff too. Premier league squad my arse, overpaid plodders far more apt
-
Mavididi and Fatawu look hugely off it as well. Giving the ball away, falling over.
-
Our defence is an absolute shit show. So easy for us to be run through midfield as well. Just horrible - nowhere near a playoff side even on this showing
-
Brizzle the better side easily so far
-
Brunt, Stolarczyk and Booth too I’d think. Given the issues with moving players on for fees above their book value I could see 3 or 4 first choice players this season out on loan next.

Leicester 'could face points deduction next season'
Cropwellfox replied to ClaphamFox's topic in Leicester City Forum
This all day. The legal challenge with the PR spin and posturing that we are somehow defending the rights of any club with ambition is a dangerous and frankly bizarre sideshow to draw attention away from the fact that those in charge deliberately moved away from the model Vichai worked with, pissed tens and tens of millions up the wall and have pretty much destroyed the legacy created. Fail to go up and things will be worse than we can imagine - the pressure this will be creating for the players will absolutely not help us over the next month. Shame on Top, shame on Rudkin, shame on Whelan. You should trust those who are custodians of our club to do the right things, they’ve monumentally failed us. -

I think when the accounts are published and the scale of the ineptitude is laid bare the anger will build very very quickly against Top, Rudkin, Whelan and co. They’ve brought down everything that Vichai built up. -
He’s shown zero capability in sorting out our horrendous wage bill over the past 12 months and nothing suggests he’ll do anything useful this summer either. Whilst we have very big problems already now, if we don’t go up we are just at the start of them, given who is on our books and contract lengths there’s no way we will be within the permitted loss level next year either, players on fat contracts won’t want to leave and so we’ll have an unbalanced squad, operating in various special measures and going further and further backwards. Basket case waiting to happen.
-
wonder how close this will be to our starting line up next season given how many players we are likely to need to sell, how far we will need to cut to avoid failing the threshold next season and seeing those we can’t get decent fees for loaned out to take wages off the balance sheet… Stolarczyk, Choudhury, Nelson, Brunt, Justin, Braybrooke, McAteer, Booth, Mavididi, Alves, Cannon

Coming out swinging punches is brave to say the least. Between the EPL and EFL we could end up getting absolutely hung out to dry, you’d hope this will galvanise the support in a seige mentality but unfortunately can see things getting even more toxic if we slip into 3rd over Easter -
Problem is we can’t sell the players we’ve got on stupid contracts without incurring even more losses on their value on the books. See Soumaré, Souttar, Daka, Kristiensen as examples. No club is going to come and offer us above market value for any of our players. This isn’t solvable in one transfer window, we are absolutely done for the next 3 years.
-
This whole mess comes down to the absolutely rediculous wages and contracts that the Board, executed through Rudkin have tied the club into over the past 3/4 years. Utterly disgraceful management and there’s no easy way out of it. If we don’t go up this season there’s probably 2 or 3 years to come where there’s not a chance we will meet the allowable losses due to player contracts and the drop in revenue combined with the loans we are paying interest on. Could easily be Reading on steroids within 2 years and Rudkin seemingly continues to be completely untouchable. Maybe a bit hyperbolic but I’m convinced these next 9 games determine the next 10 years for the club
-
Leeds gave them a really good game, we look like we are miles and miles off them, could easily be 4-0 down. Anyone who isn’t worried now about the rest of this season should be.
