Couldn't take on players, had no skill for a winger, couldn't shoot, had no pace. He was only 'good' because he was an academy product. 1 good game in about 10. Average otherwise.

Did he have much of a work rate?

He doesn't start for me. The guy has 0% confidence with about 5% ability based on current showings. Another player afforded far too many chances and never delivering. 1 goal in 50 games. 1 goal in a calendar year, almost. A striker with that record gets shafted out pretty sharpish. Unless we're absolutely desperate and all other alternatives are exhausted, then he gets a place. He has the balance of Bambi. Legs like jelly and acts like he's scared of the ball or any kind of contact with a defender or goalkeeper. He's weak as fvck. As shite as it is, Ayew starts up front as a preference, and Cifuentes needs to find a way of getting midfield runners and wingers to be far more effective when you have strikers who don't like facing the goal. Is this the Leicester version of that Man Utd fan growing his hair until they win 5 in a row

As much as he's been poor, he really is surrounded by dross and/or players that lack total awareness. Or tactical intelligence (which could also stem from the manager). Quite a few times he'd get the ball close to the wing. He'd get doubled up on (or tripled up) and the nearest Leicester player was about 10-15 yards away. Static. Our movement from players off the ball can be non-existent at times. It doesn't surprise me he gets so frustrated or tries so hard to make things happen. Not only can we not rely on players to help, but neither can he. He may be playing out of form right now but a) there's bigger problems out there and b) the manager has to play to the strengths of the strongest players we have (and yes it's barely a handful). I appreciate Cifuentes tried to change things up yesterday, but he has to react quicker during games to realise why we're looking so flat in the final third and why we're not creating many, if any, opportunities clear-cut or not.

Genuinely surprised me they were 3rd. They were crap.

Wasn't the worst. But says a lot about the rest of the squad that he was near the better of our performers, alongside Nelson.

Amazed how so many of our players got booked for niggly fouls. The obvious booking was Thomas'. James getting booked was insane. There was a moment in the 2nd half where Okoli dared to breathe near their player who subsequently fell over, and the linesman must have been programmed to put his flag up. Bizarre all round.
