The second part is the reason why fans don't feel like fans and answers why people feel like customers.
The disconnect grows larger and stronger as each season goes by. And that's because they see us as paying customers, not devoted fans of our club. It is not their club. That's why their customer service needs to improve sharpish.
And you know what the worst thing is about that? They know it. But they see us as being in a position of needing to pay extra because it is our club. It's not like a supermarket customer where you get bad service and can just shop elsewhere. They know it's very unlikely any fan will just change allegiance. But now they're taking the piss and taking advantage of that.
But until more people make a stand or try and have their voice heard (Join the Foxes Trust!) they won't change.
Thankfully, that does seem to now be occurring with such a large uptake of members who can hopefully start to instigate the change that not only we want but that the club and owners need to hear.
