  1. I 100% agree here. For a family of 3, it is near on £120 a game after fuel, parking, tickets etc for us. To get a discount would help get those people in and let them see a game. But then.... So you get 25% off if you buy 3 matches. Pricing those fans you mentioned out again. I think it only went to Members too, so thats another 40 quid per person on top. Alright idea in principle. They found a way to screw it though.
  2. Both people in the pic are also in relegation battles this season also. Must be sympathetic to our cause 🤣
  3. Social media is pointing a corner of the world it wants you to see. Rage provokes interaction. Interaction means you stay on the app and get ad revenue. Twitter swung from left to right overnight when Musk took over as anger drives the social media sphere. The right in a lot of countries has figured out how to bot, or pay for fake accounts and flood it with rage bait. A lie is half way round the world before the truth has its shoes on. Its being weaponised by a lot of people who frankly dont know what they are messing with and wont be around in 10-15 years to have to deal with the reprecussions.
  4. I have a bet with a friend that she has some crazy end to her tenure. Some sort of scandal. My friend bets it will be a Lewinski moment. I am betting on social services being involved.
  5. Renewals will drop, KPFC'ers on memberships will grab some. If however all of Union FS said they weren't renewing and advised others not to and that was taken up, that would cause a substantial gap. Not saying in any way Union FS are even thinking of that. Would leave a sizeable dent though.
  6. I think once the protest fans dont renew, you will get others who love the regime who will jump at a chance to get on the ST ladder. It wouldnt be like for like, but if they lost renewals but gained some back in new sales, its better than nothing. Failing that, cheap season tickets for all!
  7. People will still buy them. If you guys dont renew, someone will buy it. Be funny if they struggled on both fronts and then had to sell the STs at a discount, causing more furore as its cheaper than the renewal rate
  8. Abbey Street was always my go to when I worked in town 8am-10pm. £3.50 a day from memory. Lee Circle was always too expensive. If I couldnt afford Abbey Street, I parked on Tudor Road. Both however had their down sides. Someone on Tudor Road scratched their name in inch high letters on my bonnet and Abbey Street someone threw a drain cover through the back window and then kicked their way of the passenger window, stealing nothing. I remember me shouting at the ticket gate, freezing my tits off with a 16 mile drive ahead of me when NCP wouldnt let me out as I was an hour over my exit time. I apologise to that employee for the response he got....
  9. "Trump says US and Iran have held talks on ending war in Middle East as he postpones power plant strikes" TACO Monday!
  10. I havent watched the premier league this season until now. Do they just not put pressure on any more? Stood still passing waiting for a ball over the top then everyone starts playing.
  11. TACO Tuesday coming in. This war has the chance to become Trump's Vietnam. If he drops them Marines off in Iran that are on the way from the Pacific, its gonna be a heck of a thing to back out of.
  12. They didnt before and beat us stopping the 100 points didnt they?
  13. Safe to say Portsmouth havent turned up.
  14. Any increase is going to stick that renewal rate through the floor. Luton however charge in the 450+ for their League 1 ST's, so not out of the question they raise them.
  15. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/articles/c80j82de93zo Infantino won't do anything to upset DJT. These games won't be moved.
  16. CAF have been distancing themselves from the ref and ready to throw him under the bus for a while. Sky Sports: "The Confederation of African Football said they condemned the "unacceptable behaviour of some players and officials" during the final." So they will be saying now the ref was shit at his job and should have just declared it forefit. He didn't, so they now are. Sets a lovely precisent that does. It really felt alligned for Morroco to win however you spin it. The shit with a ball boys and the towel was just farcical. They got fined for that in the end, but got some other fines dropped or other punishments reduced. Corruption at its finest.
  17. "Champions on appeal. You'll never sing that"
  18. At this point, dont protest or march, just dont go. The fanbase is divided and at eachothers throats. Concede the stadium to KPFC fans at match time and let them watch us go down. Gather up somewhere else then start marching down mid 2nd half and park up outside the main entrance from full time onwards. When you are fighting against people who are as thick as pig shit, you won't get anywhere. Idiots like LeicesterFanTV who once got something from the club so will kiss arse just make stuff worse. "Would you have taken all we have now had if we offered it you in 2009." Have a word with yourself. Its not a choice. We had never been League 1 before and its not a transfer. It was a sink to our lowest ebb and these folks say we should be happy. Man is a Marc Goldbridge wannabe and is failing, and Marc aint setting that bar high... Same with the FB lot who went after the trust or all them lot. You argue with them and its like me arguing with my 1 year old. No one gets a coherent response and shit gets thrown about. I know others here will not agree with me here, but protests pre match when no one is going is sadly not working. Don't go the match at all, meet up elsewhwre and march down before the end of the game when we will inevitably be losing and pick up on the crowds anger and sit at the players car park. Or just dont go or spend a penny on them. Dont renew season tickets or memberships and just vote with the wallet. At this point it is clear the club is terminal and we have a group who want to treat the issue by doing nothing and going off the cliff lemming style and others who want to fight tooth and nail. Feels now at this point that anyone trying to say anything negative about the club is treated like some nut ball and its just going to get more toxic. Scrapping in the stands and fists flying between fans is ridiculous. It seems to be across age/generational lines and even down to which social media channels they use. Its insane.
  19. Blackburn turn it around. 2-1 up now
  20. Blackburn back to 1-1
  21. Baggies 2 up against Hull now.
  22. Millwall 1 up then go down to 10. Blackburn been the better team so really should make that advantage count. I am on livescore only since half time. Looks like its been shite.
  23. Blackburn currently the better team in what is a shit game from the looks of it. 2 premier league champions scrapping to stay in the Championship is crazy.
