Very interested in these Hungarian elections on Sunday. The polls show Orban - Trump and Putin’s biggest ally in the EU about to lose. Could be a very telling in a number of ways: 1. If this is starting to see MAGA-ism/right-wing populism losing steam in Europe, because of the association with Trump, as Farage and LePenn’s numbers have started to reverse over the past few months. 2. If it is clearly not a free and fair election if the EU finally decides to stand up to it and kick Hungary out for no longer being a democratic country 3. If Orban loses and inevitably tries the “the election was rigged” incitement from the MAGA playbook, if Hungary/the EU properly stand up to it for democracy like Brazil did to Balsanaro and properly put him trial for trying to overthrow democratic rule and judge him for lifetime imprisonment rather than just sit there and pretend it didn’t happen and happily sit back and watch democratic culture get eroded like the US did with Trump and just let him get back in power 4 years later.

Kramaric was always clearly a good player when he was here though tbf, he just understandably couldn’t get in the side ahead of Vardy, and he never became as good as Vardy either, so we were right to let him go.

Currently in the recovery stages of norovirus, and that was no joke. Partner had it a couple of days ago and I started getting it yesterday evening Thankfully it’s over very quickly, but it’s 8 hours of feeling like you’ve been possessed by a demon. Would not wish that on my worst enemy. For us, it was about 8 hours of brutal, constantly coming out of both ends simultaneously and at a force that is incredibly violent and doesn’t feel human, my partner lost consciousness a couple of times during it - and we were still dry heaving like crazy for hours even when everything had left the system, then we just need to sleep for about 20 hours and everything in your body aches, you barely have the energy to lift your arm, but we were slowly introducing liquids and simple foods and seeing if we can keep them down. But it’s basically over within 36 hours. Thankfully we didn’t have it at the same time so could look after each other. Would hate to have that while living alone.

Don’t know if anyone watched Tom Scott. He used to be one of the UK’s biggest YouTubers. He came out of his pause to do a series on an interesting thing in every uk county. Actually starts with Leicestershire with the UK’s last remaining bell foundry, which is a good watch
