You've all gone all wishy washy 'cos the guy has done a decent communication course and remembered to a) acknowledge the mistake b) point out what steps will be taken to rectify it next time and c) (and c)!is the crucial one - c) he remembered to apologise!!! Let's not forget he's from Stoke and probably chased you up the road after the game !!!!! Not that you could actually get up that road, but probably some other godforsaken lump of tarmac !!!!!
