Renart Posted 6 November 2015 Posted 6 November 2015 Hi guys. I am raising money this year as part of movember. I will be growing facial hair over the month as well as taking part in Movember Move. This is where I will be doing sit ups, press ups, and squat thrust sets twice daily. I have chosen to do it this year because we have lost a wonderful family member to cancer. He was so strong and stayed fit, active and well into his 90s. In dedication of such a great man I am raising money for cancer research as part of movember. Having a very tiring job anyway, coming home to do any form of exercise is a challenge. But it is worth it for the cause. Thanks for all the support everyone. I love this foxestalk family so much.

HP sauce donated 25 pounds to me which was nice of them. Not sure if this was to every movember partaker, if so that is going to cost them quite a bit and is a huge gesture.
