foxfanazer Posted 15 March 2016 Posted 15 March 2016 Looking at our fixtures and Spurs fixtures we play the majority of our games before them. Does this work in our favour psychologically? Obviously if we get our job done it makes the gap even bigger for at least a day so that's a positive. Last night felt like a different kind of pressure and at times it showed. Spurs might have seen that as a potential banana skin for us but we overcome it. Does that play on their minds at all thinking we're not going to slip up?
kingcarr21 Posted 15 March 2016 Posted 15 March 2016 For me its defo better to play first. Get the job done and put the pressure on them. If we lose then the pressure is on Spurs to take advantage. If we beat Palace on Saturday then I will really lose my shit. Just imagine being 8 points clear. Wow

Wow That'd be fantastic and... quite likely. Palace are probably the best team to play against right now, absolutely horrible form like us January - March last season. Just unable to win at all Spurs playing Bournemouth could be really tricky, Bournemouth are in great form at the moment and I can see them being really up for it. If we are 7 or 8 points clear at the top at the end of the weekend I will be absolutely ecstatic
