sly1 Posted 3 May 2016 Posted 3 May 2016 Where have all these leicester city supporties come from all of a sudden where we're you when we where s@#!t
Monsell1976 Posted 3 May 2016 Posted 3 May 2016 Damn phone I've been a city fan for coming up 40 years, been to probably more home and away games In the first 25 years than most on here. Been living up north for the last 15 but moving down again in nxt few months so if I manage to get a ticket even though I've never had the opportunity to get down to kp stadium before does that make me a plastic ?or does all the away games to likes of Oxford, Wrexham Hartlepool from years ago still count just cuz I've not been able to go last few years doesn't make u plastic means real life's got in the wayThe plastics are those who followed the likes of Liverpool, Chelsea etc last season, but now are city fans, but will return to their teams next year, if we don't repeat it.You my friend, and anyone who have followed Leicester in anyway shape or form, before the second half of last season, is a supporter, and not a plastic. Thought today, I hope the wave's of real plastic's next season, don't spoil our atmosphere, when I look at the atmosphere at anfield, Stamford bridge and the likes, which are flooded with day trippers, I do worry for the real fans, but I suppose it comes with the territory
english77 Posted 3 May 2016 Posted 3 May 2016 I don't agree. Leicester have pulled off a miracle and it's great to see what it's done to the City and Leicester people. I've attended at least 1 match every year since leaving England and I was one of only 6000 at home to Carlisle a long time ago. I'm over in England for the last 2 games but know I won't get a ticket to the Everton match. I don't care. It's great for Leicester and I'm sure I'll get tickets again when we return to being a more moderate side. Let the world rejoice and don't hold a grudge. We are Champions! Same problem 2 games this season away Manchester United & Arsenal invited just as well !!!! but so proud at work to day in my Leicester Top and I got interviewed on C + on Sunday Live it was just amazing
DANGEROUS TIGER Posted 3 May 2016 Posted 3 May 2016 Why do we always have this sort of whinging thread? Get a fecking life sonny, and enjoy our success.
americanfox Posted 3 May 2016 Posted 3 May 2016 You know the type - from Leicester but has always talked about Liverpool as 'we've won the European cup 200 times', 'we have the best fans in the world' we.... blah puke blah Now they want to jump on the Leicester bandwagon. They ask you to get them a ticket. Say 'sure' and take their money. Go online and get them a ticket to Liverpool's next home game. Stick it in an envelope with a picture of Kenny Dalglish and Ian Rush in there as well. Tell them it's something for them to wank over - like they always have done in the past. Don't welcome them. Who gives a fu**cking shit, you joined FoxesTalk in two months ago, how do we not know you're a goddamn glory hunter?
english77 Posted 3 May 2016 Posted 3 May 2016 Why do we always have this sort of whinging thread? Get a fecking life sonny, and enjoy our success. Because if we did not whinge we would no be Leicester City

ARCHER Posted 3 May 2016 Posted 3 May 2016 how are "new" fans going to get tickets when there arent even enough for old fans?Exactly this
cowles77 Posted 3 May 2016 Posted 3 May 2016 personally been a leicester fan all my life but have never lived in or around leicester, i live closest now at about 65 miles away, havent had much to shout about and havent made the effort to go to games but always looked out for reults and if any one has asked who i support ive always said leicester. only ever had 2 club shirts walkers 1 of 2000/2001 (i think) and alliance and leicester top. this emphatic season has inspired me to watch more closely get involved more and listen to just about every radio show on leicester every you tube vid and start getting involved on here very recently. surely this type of sucess is what you want, you want fans to want to now go to matches, you want fans to now want to buy tops and scarfs and cups and everything they can. i have only seen leicester twice and have never seen them score, i have been lucky enough to have been given a ticket and will wear my oldest leicester shirt (tight tight TIGHT squeeze) and i wont feel guilty about being there i will be proud to be, it ill be the best sporting achievement im sure i'll get to witness and i will soak it up, take the memories and speak of it for generations to come, the same as any leicester supporter!
