john_lcfc Posted 24 September 2005 Posted 24 September 2005 i am watching on itv at the moment a premiere about the film goal. the 2 actors played for newcastle and at the end of a match against liverpool ( a real match) they had to come on and shake hands and be filmed as if they had just played. they also had to train hard to perfect some skills and got to work with shearer and co should be good i look foreward to seeing it. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0380389/

Jay Posted 19 March 2006 Posted 19 March 2006 it's a good film and very well done but I still like Theres only one Jimmy Grimble better with one of the best lines ever when he is offered a contract with Manure and turns it down and the scout says "what could be better than signing a contract with Manchester United" and he says signing one with City!!!!
