blurryface Posted 29 July 2016 Posted 29 July 2016 Not that I've ever had a virus on my android cause I never go on anything I shouldn't. I promise. I installed this thing called 'Avast Mobile Security'.... It keeps my phone really safe but now almost too safe (notifications every time you join a wifi saying "this connection might not be safe"), but clears loads of crap you wouldn't know was there - seems to have helped. https://www.avast.com/en-gb/free-mobile-security
orangecity23 Posted 29 July 2016 Posted 29 July 2016 If you use the firefox browser for Android, you can install extensions just like in the PC version - I use the Ublock origin extension on my phone and tablet, seems to do a good job blocking the ads. That plus Avast to prevent viruses should be good enough.
