What is needed is a team piss up, or some sort of team building exercise. If they actively like each other and are friends off the pitch, they will play for each other on the pitch! What I saw on Monday was a lack of players who actually cared...you can throw a team of great players together but if the spirit is missing the performance will also be missing. Lets not forget MA is as disgusted as we are. It wasn't what they had done on the trainning ground all week, even the burch said that last night on radio trees! I personally think Adams should be given more time, but as you say we couldn't get rid of him if we wanted to (which I don't)...so instead of negative criticism of everyone and everything at the club (which does no one any good), lets be positive and back the team. When I was at school I never felt like working for the teachers who were negative, and who looked down their noses at me...It was the positive teachers who encouraged me that got the best out of me and made me successful...Its the same with a football team. Lets be positive and encourage success.

Last season he said things like 'this is a free game for us, nobody expects us to win' - that was against the big teams and guess what?! We didn't get one ****in win off any of the big teams. He's no motivator is he?

Can you imagine having him as your boss. Someone who speaks to people like he does? Who speaks in the third person and the first moment he disagrees with you you're sacked just like that dispite how you have performed for the company! Thats his choice of management and i dont like it. He's admitted he dont know how to win games so why is he still here
