LanguedocFox Posted 3 August 2016 Posted 3 August 2016 Really is a pain in the ar$e. Lots of forums have it now, and I've stopped visiting the ones that have the little pop-up window. Now it's on FT, FFS. So how do I get rid of it (permanently)?
nnfox Posted 3 August 2016 Posted 3 August 2016 Click on your profile (top right) > Account Settings > Notification Settings > Keep scrolling down and turning off the bits you don't want OR Go to your browser settings. I use Chrome. Click on the menu icon > Settings > Show Advanced Settings > Find the Privacy bit > Notifications > Manage Exceptions and block foxestalk
MrSpaM Posted 4 August 2016 Posted 4 August 2016 I think he means the one that says "This site wants to send you notifications, do you want to allow this?" I've noticed it popping up on a whole bunch of websites when I'm using Firefox now

nnfox Posted 6 August 2016 Posted 6 August 2016 To stop this in Firefox: Menu>Options>Content>Notifications(Choose)>Remove foxestalk.co.uk
