Our squad - have we got enough?

Are you content with our options in each position? In need of some reasurrance within this thread!

 

Don't get me wrong we have a very good squad & I don't doubt we will be fine but the areas we still need investment for me is up front - I've said consistently we need a fifth striker. Possibly another right back too as De Laet looks likely for a move.

 

What worries me, is that if the Vardy/Mahrez duo doesn't work we do not seem that effective from what I've seen. Last season was a similar story, perhaps don't need to be as reliant on these two. We need another plan I feel.

 

Both today as an impact sub, and next week as a starter, I would of like to of seen Schlupp. However that seems unlikely now and not content we're looking at selling him - Our wide areas are talented no doubt but for me Schlupp is real an asset for us who offers something which can change the game and set the tone for the afternoon. He suits our style perfectly and although I'm cliched in saying this but I'm still a little shocked we are even considering selling him. If Jeff wants the move though, we can't really blame him because being a regular first team starter is possible elsewhere.

RB situation easily solved. Hernandez can play there. Huth in the middle. Have Wasilewski as back-up CB.
