Maybe someone somewhere in the club keeps track of opinions on fans' forums. Certainly some players and their families have in the past.

 

But I'd be staggered if anyone gets on the phone to Claudio and says 'Hey, there's an open letter here, take heed.' And if they did, I doubt he'd go scrambling.

 

That's not to say you shouldn't write open letters. My dad used to write letters to managers after every game and feel a great deal better for it. So go ahead, albeit with the proviso that you don't expect anyone to care.
