pleatout Posted 22 January 2017 Share Posted 22 January 2017 I got grief last summer ("posting blatant horse sh*t" was the phrase) when I said that Vardy had signed a new contract in France while with England. I know which of the Club officials went out to meet him and his representatives. I also know the background to the conversation that the nugget of information cropped up in. I'm also not stupid enough to say some thing like John Rudkins secretary was in conversation with my wife........ "do anything at the weekend?", "no, I was working, John went to France to meet with Jamie and came back in a great mood, seems he's staying". BTW the source wasn't anyones secretary and my wife doesn't know anyone at the club. As for the blatant horse sh*t, seems I got lucky otherwise I could have had egg on my face.
