If I was to audition on Pop Idol in front of those rude w*nkers Walsh, Cowell and Osbourne I wouldn't sing - just make sure I had 'band wind', go and fart near their judging table and walk out a proud man... True talent doesn't need a programme such as the X-Craptor. However, every musical decade has had its lowest-common-denominator drivel. I don't really see any difference between Hearsay and Bucks Fizz, for example. They all end up doing cruises eventually.
