Falling out with someone didn't make Huth and Morgan stand like statues for the second goal on Sunday, it didn't make Fuchs forget to track Mata for the third. Teddy Sheringham and Andy Cole famously didn't speak to each other whilst at Man Utd, they still won three league titles, an fa cup and a champions league, so just get on with the job.
