broughtonblue Posted 6 May 2017 Posted 6 May 2017 Had an accident at work nearly two years ago but because of person circumstances it's not Been the right time to put a claim in till now. Can anybody recommend a firm that they have had a positive experience with?
Realist Guy In The Room Posted 6 May 2017 Posted 6 May 2017 Before you speak to one of those, look on your home insurance and see if you have legal protection. If so, there'll be a helpline for them. Call them first and see if they'll help you. Every injury lawyer out there will have an effect on your eventuall payout.

To be fair they'll probably get you your money quicker as there's a financial gain in it for them,where as some insurers put you to the back of the que,keep you waiting for years then say the premium you've been paying doesn't cover you, from experience with previous colleagues aswell,I've seen employers make there life hell in order to force them out when I claim has been put in against them.
