sycokilla Posted 17 October 2017 Posted 17 October 2017 The way the results are panning out and if we are still near the bottom of the division come December I think Mr Shakespeare will be out before Christmas as the owners will not accept being relegated without a fight. All that I have seen from the manager this season is the safe option: 1. A tried and tested system that he knows well by learning from Pearson and Ranieri. 2. His normal positivity about the players, system and performances. 3. The same solutions to problems that have been ingrained into his psyche by his years here as assistant. 4. The same training methods that have been of the club since he has been here. 5. The same attitude towards the players motivation as Pearson and Ranieri. I do think the some of the problems he has have been created by others at the club and I think he has been a wonderful servant to this club which has now given him a chance to prove himself. Every one who takes a step upwards in responsibility relies on his own experience to control the situation but when problems arise and all your experience does not give you the right answer you have to use your own creativity and imagination to sink or swim. I do not think we have seen that from Craig Shakespeare yet and now would be the right time for him to be as creative as his namesake. Will the real Craig Shakespeare please stand up before its too late for him.
Beechey Posted 17 October 2017 Posted 17 October 2017 Add another Craig Shakespeare thread to the list. That makes what, like 20?

He has in fact had months now and if they sacked Ranieri after the title win and Pearson after all his achievements at the club I doubt Shakespeare will get even much leeway
