waylander Posted 25 October 2017 Posted 25 October 2017 Feels like I'm logging on in a different dimension. Positive posts on armartey Iborra mahrez nacho slim what the blooming hell. You will all be wanting Appleton as manager next . But it make me happy and I'm smiling. THOUGHTS? Am I dreaming.
SheppyFox Posted 25 October 2017 Posted 25 October 2017 Apples can’t stay on imo, a lot of our new players will be gaining near full match fitness now too Iborra is looking like a great buy, Iheanacho was always going to be a success I feel, aslong as you can give him a decent level of service I've been a very big critic of Armartey, perhaps unfairly given his age, however last night was indeed a standout performance.
HighPeakFox Posted 25 October 2017 Posted 25 October 2017 I think this shows that new players can require time to settle - some might just slot in (Kante did - the exception that proves the rule), but of course new players - especially younger players - are going to take a while to (so to speak) find their balls. If we didn't have the collective attention span of a goldfish, we might see this and enjoy the development a little more.
