Thracian Posted 14 October 2005 Posted 14 October 2005 I reckon they're building an underground Tunnel of Love between the Walkers and Ricoh Stadia to cement the ever-increasing intimacy between the two clubs. And with Williams form so flat just now there can surely be only one reason - his heart is being pulled towards the Tunnel and the promised land of Lady Godiva. Stranger things have happened I suppose although the services of Williams might be a mite outside the pocket of Mickey Adams? But then there really aren't many left from the old era. Would Wilcox be just about the end of the alphabet? What the hell has he done wrong Mickey?

I wouldn't be bothered if Thicky Adams took him to be honest, i'd do a better job than Williams at the moment.

The People's Hero Posted 14 October 2005 Posted 14 October 2005 You can lead a donkey to a tunnel but you can't make him walk through it.
Durnerz Posted 14 October 2005 Posted 14 October 2005 You can lead a donkey to a tunnel but you can't make him walk through it. You can if someone at the other end flaps a huge wedge of cash!
Hitesh Posted 14 October 2005 Posted 14 October 2005 I would only sell him if we had a replcement ready. Our squad is small enough as it is!
BenFilbert Posted 14 October 2005 Posted 14 October 2005 Any chance of De Vries finding this tunnel? Why would you want our leading scorer to go?
De Vries The King Posted 14 October 2005 Posted 14 October 2005 Any chance of De Vries finding this tunnel? Levein would never do that, it's disgraceful to even think of selling our best player.
