We understand that it is not always possible to attend every game. With this in mind, we offer every concessionary Season Ticket Holder (in the Kop, East or West Stand) the opportunity to upgrade for a match during the season.

Upgrades are subject to any increase in price, which may become due and payable by the Season Ticket Holder. Such upgrade requests are required to be made directly to the Club by telephone before lines close on the respective match day.

Why do they restrict upgrades for the family stand? As a student STH I can't always get to mid-week games or some weekend games, yet I think I can upgrade only a maximum of 4 times. I wish they'd implement some kind of student system or something where I can just upgrade the ticket for my mum or uncle to go with my Dad and Brother rather than having to lose usage of the seat for the game

I used to go in on my Grandad's over 65 ticket when I was at Uni and was never stopped.

Mine's been used several times but never had to call them just went to the ticket paying point near the shop and paid the difference. Pain in the arse if we have to call first.
