World class facilities, which are far superior to what we have now, would be more attractive to elite players and allow us to train players to a much higher standard.

I did say back end of next year hopefully.

I think elite players might come to us because they are on elite money. It will be a good step for sure but I'm not getting the' train to a higher standard' point.
