Popular Post Blanchflower78 Posted 15 July 2019 Popular Post Posted 15 July 2019 Let's face it, after Maguire goes we have next season to contend with it all again... Chilwell, Ricardo, Maddison, Tielemens. If season goes well wouldn't rule out Ndidi or Barnes being catapulted further also. We love our club and cant understand why collectively these players wouldn't want to continue the project but the modern day Matt Le Tissiers don't seem to exist nowadays. Money talks, agents are vermin and whatever you think about others, United, chelsea and Arsenals decline it is all about the Worlwide brand these clubs are. Kante walked out after winning the league as a down to earth guy at the first opportunity to join a poor performing Chelsea side. Its unlikely well hit the dizzy heights of others unless a Sheikh rocks up and spunks ridiculous money on players. But is that what us folk would really want? Being the party poppers, upsetting the establishment, finding a gem, flogging them for a great profit yet being equally gutted at same time, seeing a home grown lad break in, owners who care, fans who live locally etc etc is what I believe we are all about like it or not! 5
