foxinsocks Posted 16 September 2019 Posted 16 September 2019 I worry when coaches try to stick to one approach. .. the truth is you have to mix it up...both to keep defenders guessing and to find weaknesses against the other players and the way they are set up. Imo we should always put a few balls over the top in the first 10 mins...this causes their back 4 to drop thereby making more room for youri and madi. Similarly madi should go wide for 5 mins and then go central. I would play one winger and have him swap to find the weakest defender. The message... mix it up

I personally hope BR will see that the games where we have failed to impress and dropped points have largely been those where a better formation with the right personnel along with a more adventurous approach would likely have gained results.
