CosbehFox Posted 27 December 2019 Posted 27 December 2019 Anyone noticed a pattern how commonly we concede goals where our midfield shape falls to pieces and we can’t shuffle across a pitch. We concede a common goal where the ball breaks in midfield from a flank, ends in the centre of the pitch and Wilf concentrating on the ball. Leaving the back four exposed. Normally the winger is about twenty yards up the pitch. The midfield 3 too narrow to react. TAA yesterday Baines at Everton Richarlison at home Pukki at home
Wolfox Posted 27 December 2019 Posted 27 December 2019 It’s all about the overload isn’t it….? We got caught out… we’ve also scored goals in a similar vain…
Fox92 Posted 27 December 2019 Posted 27 December 2019 TAA was an option for them all game yesterday. So much time and space. He had a shot within the first minute ffs. Maddison wide, he's always gonna naturally drift inside. Bizare when he (and Robertson) are quality and the best set of full backs in the league. Similar to Norwich, to narrow against such a wide side.
