Yes we do need a leader in the middle of the park, someone you would look to when things are not going right. I am beginning to think that Youri is flawed and will constantly find himself in the situation he finds himself, under performing and unable to do anything about. It appears the same problems that afflicted him at Monaco is once again raring it's ugly head. We do have experience on the pitch but a central player you could look to in the heat of battle is not someone we have in our squad. Not necessarily an expensive name but Magregor at Celtic could knit this team together!!
