When he's coaching a fullback, has he adapted his philosophy to take in account the modern version of the fullback role? If so has he found it difficult at all as he's been drilled through his career from a more 90s defensive angle.

Does he still have fond memories of Leicester, time at Leicester and was he ever interested in being manager? Early on in his managerial career I'm sure he was linked with a managerial post because of his playing days here (perhaps when he'd just got Blackpool out of League One).
