Covid & Profi- sport

Mainly thoughts on or towards Team sport....

 

Should we See Europe & Fifa, postpone even cancel International tournaments..??

Postpone European cup competitions....

In both situations players & support staff travelling around,being kept in bubbles which still might have knock-on effects.

Each individual team sport have their various boundaries, trying to cope & keep their sport rolling over,

but there will be a new Challenge,expectations and stress for the participants.

 

I suppose Home & Local players will find & have their rythme, though Archer & a few more in cricket have also said they are struggling,with long Term 'various- Bubbles'

but its the Foreign players, in all sports who might find it over time difficult going ,suppressed movement,Family & friends,best mates in far Off places..!!!

Their support,when One is off form or long-Term injuries,or just life's plain worries...

International friendles have been added to an already-congested fixture calendar.

 

There's not a chance in hell UEFA postpone/cancel Euro 2021. 

 

Hopefully by summer cases are brought down to a low level like seen this summer, and the virus is 'controlled' with a vaccine. Not even for the effect it has on sport and players/staff/team bubbles. Just for the good of the world and people in general!

Club Team comps are not too bad as they are travelling in long established bubble but internationals were you get players leaving those bubbles to mix with other players seems crazy to me. You only need one carrier and it could spread to many other teams.
