Can you upgrade a season ticket from a kid to an adult for a one off match online?

Can’t get through to the ticket office 

 

my son can’t make it, so, was going to upgrade it to an adult for tomorrow’s ticket

 

tried calling, but , couldn’t get through 

 

can I do it online?  If so, it’s not remotely clear!!!

Unless it's changed for this season you couldn't do it online previously. 

 

I used to upgrade at the ticket booth outside the stadium on the match day, they'll print out the new one there and then.

Haven't done it for a couple of seasons, but I've been into the ticket office on a matchday to change a 60+ ticket to an adult ticket when my old man couldn't make it.

The few times I've done it there hasn't really been any queue to speak of, I used to get to the ground around 45 minutes before kick off. There's usually a few there, but plenty of staff on the booths

17 time I’ve rang up today to try an sort my lad a ticket he’s u10 but l can’t buy it online because it looks like I’m trying to buy a kids ticket. The system is terrible so it looks like he won’t be going because I can’t get through to the ticket office 🤦🏻‍♂️

Blimey…. I gave up after 3 attempts !

 

I’ll just sort at the ground tomorrow !
