One positive of today, my nephew loved it. Got excited by the goals, seemed happy we didn't lose and is a little obsessed with Filbert Fox lol And he likes Ndidi because he has the 25 on his shirt same as him.

In food news, we hopped on the bus and went McDonald's.

When you have 5 year old, you don't want to be walking miles to get food, and you want something they will enjoy, plus quick due to the time the match finishes. When I initially asked I was looking for something like that near the ground. I've never taken a child of that age to a game and was after suggestions. I've also always walked into town, or back to the train station as I live in loughborough. Until @rachhere suggested the bus, I was looking for something closer to the ground. I've never got the bus near the ground as I've never had need to.

It was more or less just a jokey comment of how everyone gave options, near and far. But you went to the first place that anyone with kids under 8 would be the first place to think of.

Didnt mean to offend

Oh if I knew Mcdonald was such an easy option to get to I would never have asked lol

Obviously if you have a 5 year old and McDonald's is available you probably go there.
