Hi, forgive me if this a stupid question. I'm trying to purchase tickets for the Watford FA Cup game for myself, friend and 2 children. I've not been in years since pre Premier League days. It won't allow me to purchase tickets for anyone other than myself due to various error messages. Can anyone give me some advice to navigate the online purchasing, I go to quite a lot of England games and its always a seamless, easy process. Is this an issue with City or am I doing something silly?

You need an account for every single ticket holder. You can’t buy more than one per person.

 

You need to create accounts for everyone attending, link accounts with each other and then you’ll be able to assign tickets to each person and check out in one go.

I'm struggling with this too.

Whereas for Legia Warsaw I was able to get two extra tickets for mates no problem.

Think that’s because for the EL games they had a sales bracket called ‘Season Ticket Holder Guest’. Different from general sale and the solution is given by Phonetic above. It is a ballache
