Milky Posted 22 November 2005 Posted 22 November 2005 IN THE LEAGUE PLAYED 49 WON 12! DRAWN 22 LOST 15 only 12 league wins in 49 matches.
Milky Posted 22 November 2005 Author Posted 22 November 2005 IN THE CUP played 8 won 6 drawn 1 lost 1 that's a much more respectable record, though probably down to playing blackpool three times and bury. the fa cup run last year was impressive though.
Sparky Posted 22 November 2005 Posted 22 November 2005 IN THE LEAGUE PLAYED 49 WON 12! DRAWN 22 LOST 15 only 12 league wins in 49 matches. piss poor
Milky Posted 22 November 2005 Author Posted 22 November 2005 7 wins in the last 37 now. Simply abysmal. you could say it's relegation form. i'm sure we won't go down though, we'll just languish around that sort of area, probably finish 6 or 7 points above at the end
Scow Posted 22 November 2005 Posted 22 November 2005 you could say it's relegation form. i'm sure we won't go down though, we'll just languish around that sort of area, probably finish 6 or 7 points above at the end It is relegation form - I know it's spread out over 2 seasons, but it's the same pattern throughout. 4 wins in 20 games this season is relegation form. We need to start picking up results because we could find ourselves dragged in to a battle to stay up at the beginning of 2006.
Anish Posted 22 November 2005 Posted 22 November 2005 We're only outside the relegation places because there's shitter teams than us in this division...remarkably.
Hullfox Posted 23 November 2005 Posted 23 November 2005 God help us. We're in the shit good and proper
Thracian Posted 23 November 2005 Posted 23 November 2005 IN THE LEAGUE PLAYED 49 WON 12! DRAWN 22 LOST 15 only 12 league wins in 49 matches. They reckon he's an arrogant so-and-so. How can you be arrogant with a record like that. In any other industry he be sent for re-training.
Darth Fox Posted 23 November 2005 Posted 23 November 2005 They reckon he's an arrogant so-and-so. How can you be arrogant with a record like that. In any other industry he be sent for re-training. I thought when he first joined us he was arrogant. He spent more time bragging about Hearts(Farts) than his new job. Yeah and he was so good at Hearts...yeah right. Celtic used to slaughter them on a regular basis. Henrik Larsson averaged about 3 goals every time he played a Levein side.
Dr The Singh Posted 23 November 2005 Posted 23 November 2005 They reckon he's an arrogant so-and-so. How can you be arrogant with a record like that. In any other industry he be sent for re-training. Any other industry he would be sacked!!
Darth Fox Posted 23 November 2005 Posted 23 November 2005 Any other industry he would be sacked!! Absolutely. Maybe managers should have trial periods like normal employees where a club can get rid without coughing up. I had to go through a 13 week one. Mr Levein has now done about 13 months now and we've gonbe backwards....goodbye Craig Levein you are the weakest link.
Chimp Posted 23 November 2005 Posted 23 November 2005 How about showing the last 49 results of the previous manager? Hmmm...
Hullfox Posted 23 November 2005 Posted 23 November 2005 How about showing the last 49 results of the previous manager? Hmmm... Why? It's history what Mickey did. The only thing Levein looks like doing the same as Mickey is achieving relegation.
Darth Fox Posted 23 November 2005 Posted 23 November 2005 Micky spent a lot of that time in premiership and let's face it, Have we seen one performance from Foxes since Levein started that even remotely compared to the Leeds 4-0 or our other battling performances in that period.......Well NO! Well done to him for getting rid of the hig wage earners and oldies but football to me and the other stay away fans is about entertainment and WINNING!
