Travel Time? (Chelsea Away)

Hi,

 

This will be my first time going Chelsea away and it'll be via the club coaches, they leave at 9:15, do they actually take a long time to get to Stamford Bridge or do they arrive really early?

Asking because I've heard from people who've been to London in general via coaches it took them about two and a half hours to get there.

Usually arrive early. London games particularly with parking. Coach usually parks a few streets away from the ground. Very often there’s a 45min stop on the way on the club coaches, no stop on the way back. 9:15 is an early start, especially when like me you come from Derby way to get the bus 🤣

At Chelsea they usually park near the old gas works behind the Harley Davidson garage, no idea why it’s 9:15am, quite an odd setting off time. 
 

For the Emirates they didn’t stop enroute as they had to all be parked up by 12pm as they park on the road that all the corporates drive down to park under the Emirates. 
 

It would be odd if Chelsea demands they arrive early as apart from coach 3 they’re all parked a long way from the ground.

Train - St Pancras by 9.34

Breakfast pint and Southampton v Man Utd on midday game. Even better if it was a London team on the 1230 game.

With the coaches you’ll get there around 130. 
 

They usual stop at Toddington services on the way for 30/45 minutes.
