He’s the biggest shirker out there.  Just lazy & hides.  I went yesterday, he pulled in when we needed width, runs into trouble all the time, almost never goes outside.  I respect the effort made by Madders, Daka, Castagne & Tielemens for 70 mins & Faes for 1st game in a new league in a rotten defensive effort.

Jonny’s mentality & ability along with Wilf are now a massive issue.

But as they said after Brighton if some are not putting 80% in Harvey!! Then JJ for example has to provide go forward & defensive effort, that’s v tough in a massively struggling side with no confidence.

I still believe- we have the best chance possible to get 4pts at worst 6pts at best out of the next 2 games.   BUT it’s NOT optional, not do that & we may well be relegated.

HAVE to beat Forest & get something @ Bournemouth to get:

a) back with the pack because we are adrift

b) confidence

Ward 1 Constantly miles off his line out of position. The guy is an absolute shambles. Nothing wrong with the disallowed Spurs goal either. He jumped too late, was his fault entirely 

 

Justin 4 Kept trying at least 

 

Evans 3 Lack of leadership, constantly out of position, gave Son too much space for half an hour 

 

Faes 6 Think he’ll be ok actually once we have a new Manager. Like the way he brings the ball out of defence 

 

Castagne 3 Simply pathetic for the Kane goal and also the corner Richarlison won for the Dier goal 

 

Ndidi 2 I would have dragged him off immediately after the Bentacur goal

 

Tielemans 3 Lethargic, careless in position. Barely seems bothered 

 

KDH 4 Kept trying but is another one going backwards under Rodgers. Still think there’s a really good player in there though

 

Barnes 3 He’s total powderpuff. Sell if Newcastle offer crazy money

 

Daka 6 Thought he did ok actually

 

Maddison 8 MOTM obviously.
