Playing it on Death March and getting so much out of it. Hell yes.

Death March is great, but I find you get to a point where the difficulty seems to just disappear in an instant when you've got enough skills.  The first half of the game on that setting is fantastic though and I wouldn't play it any other way.  Even fighting wolves early on is rewarding.
