Nationwider Posted 4 December 2005 Share Posted 4 December 2005 My favourite weekend of the season. It's how football used to be, like. Really interesting draw this year with loads of non-league sides involved and plenty of potential upsets. In particular, Souness, McCarthy, Robson, O'Leary and Bruce are all managers under pressure with really awkward fixtures. No boring all-Prem games either, which is good. Burscough v Man Utd would be excellent. Burscough is about the size of Quorn, although they did win the FA Trophy a couple of years ago, I think. Some of the best ties: West Bromwich Albion v Reading Torquay v Birmingham Manchester City v Scnthorpe Newcastle United v Mansfield Luton Town v Liverpool Stoke v Tamworth Sunderland v Woking or Northwich Victoria Chelsea v Huddersfield Leicester v Tottenham Watford v Bolton Nuneaton Borough or Histon v Middlesbrough Hull City v Aston Villa Burton Albion or Burscough v Manchester United Crystal Palace v Stevenage Borough or Northampton Town Millwall v Everton

Jordan Posted 7 December 2005 Share Posted 7 December 2005 Who says the magic of the FA Cup has died out? The law of averages says at least one of these underdogs has to win
