He's got the talent, especially now he's added knockout power to his arsenal since working with Sugar Hill but prioritises self promotion over activity. 

 

It's pretty evident hes got more than enough money to comfortably retire at the drop of a hat. It's easy for him to take tune up fights and allow the pot to build for the big fish in case he fancies taking them on. 

 

I can't blame him in many ways. Is he a great? Of this era yes, but it's not exactly the era of Lewis-Holyfield-Tyson.
